Diagnostics: This diagnostics was pretty straight forward as the user had damaged the charge port and the internal pins were physically damaged.
Solution: Carefully remove the USB C charge port from the board and replace with new one. Then test on AMP reader. Without the battery attached you will receive about 0.24 AMPs before the battery detection fails and will bring the reader back to 0 AMPs. Once put back together with battery you should the see see much higher and usual AMP measurement.
Outcome: Device is now charging, Repair has been completed successfully.
