Service Description

This service can be used for devices that have come into contact with liquid. Depending on the extent of the damage, liquid damage devices are typically completed for data recovery only. The liquid damage process involves us dissembling the device, taking images of the most affected areas under the microscope and completing an ultrasonic clean to the board. Once these steps have been completed we will attempt to boot your device to recover your data. If there are any further issues or if shorts are still remaining on the board we will advice of any further cost. At this stage we will also advise the extent of the damage and whether there will be any additional cost to recover your data/device. Liquid damaged devices should be with us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of the incident. You can expect your device to be with us for up to 5 working days when using this service.
