Service Description

This service can be used for devices that are not showing any display or having no touch or intermittent touch issues. This service can also be used for devices that are presenting backlight issues. Before using this service you should have tried to change the LCD display and digitizer. A soft reset should also have been attempted. If you are unable to complete the above task yourself then your device should be booked in under the diagnostics option. You can expect your device to be with us for up to 5 working days when using this service.
