Service Description

This service can be used for devices that are not charging and/or showing no signs of life. This service can also be used for devices that are draining charge quicker than usual, jumping percentages or showing a low value on your AMP reader. Before using this service you should have tried to power the device with a new charging port and/or a known good battery. If the device is jumping percentage a DFU or factory reset should be attempted. If you are unable to complete the above task then your device should be booked in under the diagnostics option. You can expect your device to be with us for up to 5 working days when using this service.
